How to Use RustMapCDN
Pterodactyl Panel Setup
- Log in to your Pterodactyl panel and select your Rust server
- Navigate to the Startup tab in the server settings
- If you see a Custom Level URL variable:
https://rustmapcdn.com/your-org/your-map-id.map
- If no dedicated field exists, add this to Additional Arguments:
+levelurl "https://rustmapcdn.com/your-org/your-map-id.map"
- Save settings and restart your server to apply changes
Server.cfg Configuration
- Connect to your server via FTP or file manager
- Open the server.cfg file in your Rust server directory
- Add or update the levelurl parameter:
levelurl "https://rustmapcdn.com/your-org/your-map-id.map"
- Save the file and restart your server
- The map will load automatically upon server restart
Startup Command Configuration
- Access your server's startup script or command configuration
- Locate where the Rust server executable is called
- Add the levelurl parameter to your startup command:
./RustDedicated +levelurl "https://rustmapcdn.com/your-org/your-map-id.map" [other parameters]
- If a similar parameter already exists, replace it with your new URL
- Save changes and restart your server
